Hours of Operation & Prep Time Settings (Enterprise)
This guide provides instructions on how to control the hours of operation and set the prep times for each order.
Each day may be broken down into day parts that control when pick up and delivery hours are available as well as the amount of time it takes to prepare each order.
The prep time is the amount of time needed for the restaurant to prepare the order from the time of submission to pick up.
Day Parts- Pick up orders
Log into Command Center One: https://rrtportal.rrtusa.net/login. Click on “Configuration” under the Restaurant icon. Click on the location finder in the right hand corner of the screen to find the restaurant that needs day parts added. Click on the “New” icon to add a day part.
