Call Order One - Order Wizard Overview
Regular Orders
Log onto Call Order One (CO1): https://callorder1.rrtusa.net/#/login. Select the Order Wizard icon from the menu header. Click the Next icon or the magnifying glass icon to proceed. The handshake icon will be explained below in a different section.
Use the search field to find the restaurant destination or click the select icon on the right of the page to choose the restaurant.
The customer search page populates after selecting the restaurant. Enter the name or phone number of the customer. A repeat customer will automatically populate. Select the appropriate profile.
Add a new customer from the icon located in the top center of the screen if needed. Add the necessary details and click submit.
The next page will prompt the user to select either a pick up or deliver order. Click save after making the selection.
Selecting the pick up option will bring the user to the Order Time page. An “ASAP” order will show the first available pick up time. This time may be adjusted if the customer would prefer a different pick up time.
Click Save to proceed to the ordering page.
The drop down under Menu allows the user to switch menus. This should not be necessary but may be useful to find items that are not on a certain menu.
The search feature may be used as a partial word search to find menu items.
Click on the cart icon to add the item to the cart directly. If there are forced modifiers that need selecting then they will be prompted after clicking the cart icon. Click customize to further modify the menu item.
The item will default to a quantity of one. Note that if the quantity is changed then the total amount of items will be modified in the same manner. To change modifiers the items will need to be ordered separately. Once all selections have been made select Add To Order to add the item to the cart. Click Close to cancel the selection.
A detailed message will display if not all forced modifiers are selected.
- Continue to modify the appropriate selections and add the item to the cart when finished.
- Click Checkout when all items have been added to the cart.
The payment options will be displayed on the following page. There may be options to pay with a credit card as well as an option to pay in restaurant.
If a credit card is being used be sure to follow the PCI compliant guidelines outlined by your supervisor.
The Order Summary page will follow the payment screen containing the customer information and order details. The user may edit the item directly from this page by clicking on the item. Click the Place Order icon when ready.
Depending on the length of time needed to place the order you may receive a message stating the pick up time has changed.
Submit the order if the pick up time is acceptable..
Return Customers Repeat Orders
A return customer may order the same item(s) that were previously ordered. The Order Wizard will automatically populate the last order for the return guest after the same location has been confirmed. Click the Repeat Order icon to proceed. Click Skip to proceed to the menu if the customer prefers other options.
Delivery Orders
Select the Delivery option from the Order Type screen then click Save.
Select the delivery time from the Order Time screen.
Enter the Delivery Address information.
Add the phone number of the customer and select Next
Select the delivery provider and gratuity (if applicable) then select Next. Note- Delivery service name removed for confidentiality purposes.
Enter a Discount Coupon (if applicable) and click activate. This will list the discount applied to the applicable item(s). Click Next if there isn’t a discount.
Next.
Select the Pay Online option and then select Next. Obtain the credit card information while maintaining PCI compliance.
The delivery time may adjust depending on the length of time needed to complete the order. Confirm the time with the customer and complete the transaction.
