Adding Images in Command Center One
Log in to Command Center One (CC1): https://rrtportal.rrtusa.net/login. Click on the company name.
Select the Division. This may not apply to most users.
Select the location. Note: single location users will only have their own restaurant visible.
Click on Items under the Menu section. Enter the name of the item and click search. The Select Menu filter will help scale down the amount of returned items. Click on the item that needs to have an image added.
The library icon will open all images that are associated with the restaurant that is selected. The browse icon will allow you to upload an image from your device.
The image may be slightly scaled. Click the save button when ready.
Click Skip Invalidation if you are making several updates. The invalidation process clears the cache so updates may be seen immediately.
To invalidate the restaurant click on the Restaurants icon under the Restaurant section.
Type in the restaurant name in the search field. Click on the Select Cache drop down. Select “Restaurant” to clear the cache if you are setting closure(s) for one restaurant. Select “Division” if you have set closures for all restaurants.
