Store Manager Guide to Maverick Online Ordering
Dashboard (Home) Tab & Refunding Orders:
Login to https://maverick.rrtusa.net and you will see your daily sales dashboard. You will be able to view your daily numbers for the past week.
Under the ‘Order Summary’ section of the page, you can expand each day's sales out to see details on each transaction.
You will also be able to perform two tasks.
- Refunding an order - you can process a full refund or a partial refund. Please be sure to add a note that explains the reason for the refund.
- Adding a Tip - you are able to add a tip to any order within the same day.
Menu Tab & 86-ing:
When you land on the Menu tab, you will see a list of your menu sections. You can expand any section to view the items within the section.
Below the menu sections, you will see a list of all of the modifier groups on the menu as well. You can expand each modifier group to see what lives in each mod group as well.
Within any Menu Section or Modifier Group, you have the ability to perform an 86. When searching for an item to 86 start by switching the ‘Hide Inactive Elements’ Toggle to ON. This lives in the top center of the menu page.
From here you can drill down into a category or mod group, or use the ‘Filter By Items & Modifier Item’ Search bar at the top left hand side of the page.
Once you have identified the item you wish to 86, toggle the ACTIVE switch to OFF.
IMPORTANT NOTE - every night the Maverick system will sync back to your local Aloha machine. If the item that you 86-ed in Maverick is active in your POS, it will reactivate in Maverick during our syncing process.
This tab will show any future or pending orders, orders that are past due, and completed orders.
You can also expand the Completed Orders section to see full order details.
Ordering On/Off Tab:
If you ever need to turn ordering at your location OFF, you can easily toggle it OFF on this tab.
