Removing Menu Items (Enterprise)
Step by step process to disable menu items.
- Log into Command Center One (CC1). Click on “Items” under the Menu icon. Enter the restaurant you would like to make the changes to in the “Select Restaurant” field. You can search for the item by the name or item ID. The “Select Menu” field is not mandatory but may be used to fine tune your search.
- Clicking search will populate a list of items. Identify the item you would like disabled by the item ID or by recognizing the item by its assigned menu category. Click on the item you wish to disable.
- Open up the accordion in the availability section. You may disable the item for online and mobile ordering by unchecking the corresponding boxes.
- Click the green “Save” button once you have unchecked the online and mobile boxes.
- The “Select Restaurants” window will appear. You may save your changes to one location or several locations. The source location will be pre-selected by default. It is recommended to skip the invalidation process until later if you are making several changes. Click the green “Save” button when you are ready to save your changes.
