Order Monitoring: Spotting Failures & Viewing Error Messages
This document provides an overview of the ‘Live Orders’ view in the Maverick Portal.
Login to https://maverick.rrtusa.net/ as a Brand Manager or higher permission level, and click the CUSTOMER SERVICE TAB. Once you have clicked the tab, several subtabs will appear including the ‘Live Orders’ tab.
Live Orders Tab: On this screen, you will be able to see any orders that are stuck in a pending state, or in a failed state. This screen will auto refresh every five seconds.
If an order is on this screen for a few seconds and then disappears, the order has been successfully transmitted to the order receiving device.
If an order sits on the screen for more than 2 minutes, there is most likely an issue with the order. Click to open the order and review the Message History.
If the status associated with the line item of your POS or Printer is FAILED, you will be able to click the line item and see the response from the POS or Printer (note: the “Email Confirmation Copy” line item only relates to the guest confirmation email, not the order submission). This response will provide the error message.
