Order One Maverick: Mixed Delivery Zones
Maverick’s new Mixed Delivery Zone feature allows you to have multiple delivery Zone types active at the same time. The feature also allows you to prioritize and rank Delivery Zones to make sure you have total control over your restaurant's delivery program.
*Note, any previously configured delivery zones and programs are still in place.
Navigating to the Delivery Configuration Page
Login to https://maverick.rrtusa.net/ as a platform user, Brand Manager, or Multi-Location Owner Operator. On the Accounts Page, search or navigate to any location you would like to update Delivery settings for.
Click the location to open and Navigate to the DELIVERY tab.
On this screen, you will see a list of any previously configured delivery zones, as well as, the associated business requirements. If you have not previously set up delivery, this screen will be blank.
Prioritizing or Ranking Delivery Zones
Once you navigate to the Delivery Configuration page, you will be able to prioritize your zones by dragging and dropping the line items into your desired order. The ranking is set from top to bottom. Once you have reordered the zones, you will see a new button appear in the bottom left hand corner of the screen UPDATE ORDER DELIVERY ZONES. You will need to hit this button to confirm the new priority of your delivery zones.
Once you press this button, you will be asked to confirm your changes. Press OK to save your changes.
Creating New Delivery Zones
To Create a new Delivery Zone, click the blue CREATE DELIVERY ZONE BUTTON. There are four different delivery options available:
- DoorDash: RRT’s Ground Control Product. Delivery via the RRT+DoorDash Drive Integration. *Note, each restaurant must have a contract with DoorDash to enable this delivery type. If you would like to learn more about this option, please contact opsupport@rrtusa.com
- Driving Distance: Radius around the restaurant location
- Delivery Map: Utilizing a polygon to draw a delivery map
- Zip Code List: Defined by a list of zip codes surrounding the restaurant
Once your desired delivery type is chosen, you will be prompted to fill out specific business requirements for each delivery type.
Editing or Deleting Delivery Zones
If you need to edit a delivery zone, simply click on the delivery zone and edit any attributes that need to be updated, then save your changes.
If a delivery zone needs to be removed, click the red X next to the delivery zone. You will be prompted to confirm this request via a pop up window. Note, you can always set a delivery zone to inactive if you do not want to delete it completely.
